The MG1703 Bike comes with a powerful 750-watt electric motor for adequate power. The powerful motor is located inside the front wheel hub, which puts the torque directly on the ground. The design of the powertrain means it has fewer moving parts, so it is more reliable.

We provide ground shipping to the lower 48 states. Orders to AK & HI are shipped by AIR at additional cost. You may contact as at email@example.com to obtain rates for those shipments.
Shipping to the lower 48 states usually takes between 3 to 5 business days but you should allow 3 to 10 business days depending on the carrier we use (FedEx, UPS and/or USPS) and delivery location.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to up to a 20% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

returned without detailed information will be delayed in processing or be ignored.

- For batteries we will give 3 month replacement warranty from the date of original purchase
under normal and non-commercial use. However, the defective battery must be returned to us
at buyer's cost and buyer is liable for the shipping cost for replacement battery. Warranty
becomes void if the battery has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way.
- For 4 stroke engines we offer a 3 month manufacture warranty. This warranty does not cover
normal wear and tear, does not include the gears, clutch and electric components. All spare
parts are readily available for purchase @ discounted price. All sales are final, no refunds or
exchange accepted unless manufacturing faults and/or functional damage is evident. Exchange
of a 'manufacturers fault' defective item is to be claimed within 14 days of delivery along with
photo evidence of faulty parts and detailed explanations. No returns will be accepted after
stated time frame. Seller, at its sole discretion, will determine the eligibility of an item for

4.As noted in (3), batteries are considered consumables, and replacement is strictly
limited to defective batteries
5.Customization of the motor, gears, and controllers will void warranty claim

7.DWMEIGI EBIKE may not be exactly as shown in the photos on the DWMEIGI EBIKE'
website and third party websites due to shortages of parts (related to the supply chain)
