      Returns are subject to suppliers' return policy (7-30 days depending on the manufacturers).

      If you need to make a return you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item.
      The customer is responsible for return shipping and up to a 25% restocking fee will be applied, as well as in some cases the original onward shipping cost might be applicable.

      If any E-Wheels product is returned, the customer is responsible for Outward and Return shipping.
      This charge is deducted on top of the manufacturer restocking fee.

      • The item must be in new condition – no damage, no scratches, etc. - with original packaging and all parts and accessories.
      • A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested from Mobility Shop Online within 7 days of delivery.
      • Once the RA has been received from Mobility Shop Online, you will receive further instructions.
      • You can expect a refund within 5-7 days of our receiving and completing an inspection on your returned product. 

      You may return an item for a refund of the merchandise total less applicable restocking fees and all shipping costs within 30 days of the date you received the product. 

      We must be notified within 7 days of receiving your item that you wish to return it. Any return requests begun after 7 days of receipt will need special approval from the manufacturer. 

      Return shipping of an item is at your discretion. In some cases, we can provide a return shipping label and deduct those costs from your refund. This is determined on a case-by-case basis. You may choose the return shipper of your preference but tracking numbers are required to be provided to us at the time the item is shipped back. 

      Return credits are issued within 7 business days once the item is received and inspected. Orders over $2000, which require more handling, will be subject to an additional re-stocking fee that will not exceed 25% of the order total. 

      Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund if you have us facilitate return shipping. 
      We will do our best to accommodate these requests but are not able to assist in all return shipments.

      All items must be returned in NEW unused condition, in original packaging with all documents and accessories intact. Items returned will be inspected upon receipt and any missing or damaged items will have the cost of replacement deducted from your refund. In the event that you return an item with obvious signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to reject your return and you will be responsible for the cost to ship the item back to you.

      Please note that no return will be accepted if used, without the original packaging or past the 7-day window of return request. All items returned must be received back to the appropriate manufacturer within 30 days after which a return authorization expires and the return will be rejected.

      Orders canceled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address.
      Orders canceled before the item are shipped the customer is entitled to a full refund minus a 4% admin fee if the product has to be returned back to stock from the loading bay or taken back of the carrier's truck. 

      Please note that you as the customer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order, in some cases the original cost of shipping to your shipping address, 4% refund processing fee and you may be subject to a restocking fee.

      Refunds (if applicable)
      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      Please note that you as the customer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order, the original cost of shipping to your shipping address, 3% refund processing fee and you may be subject to a restocking fee.

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Exchanges (if applicable)
      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mobilityshoponline.com.

      If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

      Shipping
      To return your product, you should contact us at info@mobilityshoponline.com. 

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
