As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. We provide ground shipping to the lower 48 states. Orders to AK & HI are shipped by AIR at additional cost. You may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain rates for those shipments.
Shipping to the lower 48 states usually takes between 3 to 5 business days but you should allow 3 to 10 business days depending on the carrier we use (FedEx, UPS and/or USPS) and delivery location.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
If you disagree with any of the terms and conditions herein, you must submit a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization within 3 days of delivery. Do not unpack or assemble the SmartScootTM. The scooter must be returned in its original box and in new and unused condition, accompanied by the original receipt. All other returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and only in “as new” condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs including incidental shipping damage caused by improper packing. A Return Authorization must be made by written request to email@example.com and the return must be accompanied by the original receipt.The scooter must be returned in its original box. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Innovative Mobility Products SmartScoot (IMP) warrants your SmartScoot against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the original retail purchase as follows:
2 Year Limited Warranty: Structural Frame under normal use conditions.
1 Year Limited Warranty: All components, including motor, brakes, electrical, and axles under normal use conditions.
1 Year Limited Warranty: Battery under normal use conditions.
This limited warranty extends only to the original owner and is not transferable to anyone else.
If a defect exists, IMP will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law either (1) provide components to repair the SmartScoot using new or refurbished parts at no charge to you; (2) exchange the SmartScoot with a functionally equivalent product that is new or refurbished; or (3) refund the original purchase price. This warranty excludes damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, alterations, modifications or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship for which IMP is responsible.
This Limited Warranty does not cover parts which may, under normal wear and tear, require replacement including, without limitation, tires, upholstery, fuses, etc.
PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
