We provide ground shipping to the lower 48 states. Orders to AK & HI are shipped by AIR at additional cost. You may contact us at email@example.com to obtain rates for those shipments.
Shipping to the lower 48 states usually takes between 3 to 5 business days but you should allow 3 to 10 business days depending on the carrier we use (FedEx, UPS and/or USPS) and delivery location.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

- All returns must be made inside the product's warranty window.
- In the scenario of an issue with a product, a Vive Health product expert might require photos or videos for a refund request to be considered.

Customer is responsible for the return label, Vive Health can issue a label but the cost will be taken out of the reimbursement.
An item must first be returned and received before an exchange or refund is processed
- If a return is not received by the carrier within 15 days after the request has been approved we will consider the item as not returned and a refund will not be processed, or we will have to charge for the cost of the replacement sent to the customer.
A return must be authorized by our support team in order to be eligible for a return. Troubleshooting MUST be done before authorizing a return/exchange/replacement.
Customers must report any issues with any product within the first 30 days of purchase. If any defects or damages at arrival are not reported within the first 30 days, the above warranties will not apply.
Any products that may come into contact with bodily fluids are not able to be returned when opened due to health risks. Products include but are not limited to bathroom safety, braces, mattresses, pads, cushions. Any item that falls under one of these categories will be reviewed using a predetermined set of formal requests and documentations before having the potential to qualify as returnable. This policy is in place for the health and well being of our employees, thank you for understanding.

Once your return is verified, Vive Health will issue a credit to the customer account. It can take up to 3-5 business days for a credit to be reflected on the customer account or 4 weeks for your card to be credited by the issuer. We are based in Brooklyn, New York but we have warehouses all over the country!
The month of September 2022 I spent touring Europe....Ireland, Scotland, England, France and Germany. My Vive scooter made this a trip of a lifetime for me.
No wheelchair at the airports because I was able to board the planes and then they stored the scooter for me. When I landed the airline personnel brought it to me as they would a stroller. Very convenient! No problem using it on trains or in the various vehicles of our drivers and guides.
It traveled easily over 2,000 year old cobblestones at Bath, England, steep gravel paths at Versailles, and even shallow sand along the beaches of Normandy.
Now that I'm home, we live on 5 acres and Vive helps me to have access to the land, within reason, that I would not normally be able to access. Also, it's very easy to "throw" in the back of our car when we run around town or travel. I cannot recommend this product enough! It has been a blessing for me.
