Featuring a 360-degree, joystick controller, our electric wheelchair is easy to operate. The intuitive joystick controller allows you to easily navigate around obstacles while monitoring and adjusting the speed of the electric wheelchair up to 4mph. The wheelchair controller is repositionable for use on the left or right side and includes a safety horn button and a battery charge indicator.
Safely supporting up to 300 pounds, the large power chair is equipped with a cushioned 18” by 20” captain’s seat with a lap belt for added safety. The wide seat is height adjustable, reclines for greater comfort, and swivels for easy transfers. The footplate and armrest height, width, and angle are also adjustable to provide personalized seating for most adults.

We provide ground shipping to the lower 48 states. Orders to AK & HI are shipped by AIR at additional cost. You may contact us at email@example.com to obtain rates for those shipments.
Shipping to the lower 48 states usually takes between 3 to 5 business days but you should allow 3 to 10 business days depending on the carrier we use (FedEx, UPS and/or USPS) and delivery location.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

- All returns must be made inside the product's warranty window.
- In the scenario of an issue with a product, a Vive Health product expert might require photos or videos for a refund request to be considered.
Customers may be required to pay cost of return label + restocking fee*
All purchases have a 15-day return window.
Customer is responsible for the return label, Vive Health can issue a label but the cost will be taken out of the reimbursement.
An item must first be returned and received before an exchange or refund is processed
- If a return is not received by the carrier within 15 days after the request has been approved we will consider the item as not returned and a refund will not be processed, or we will have to charge for the cost of the replacement sent to the customer.
A return must be authorized by our support team in order to be eligible for a return. Troubleshooting MUST be done before authorizing a return/exchange/replacement.
Customers must report any issues with any product within the first 30 days of purchase. If any defects or damages at arrival are not reported within the first 30 days, the above warranties will not apply.
Any products that may come into contact with bodily fluids are not able to be returned when opened due to health risks. Products include but are not limited to bathroom safety, braces, mattresses, pads, cushions. Any item that falls under one of these categories will be reviewed using a predetermined set of formal requests and documentations before having the potential to qualify as returnable. This policy is in place for the health and well being of our employees, thank you for understanding.
Will be charged 30% restocking fee on any item returned (30% of return price)
Once your return is verified, Vive Health will issue a credit to the customer account. It can take up to 3-5 business days for a credit to be reflected on the customer account or 4 weeks for your card to be credited by the issuer. Purchases made by check or money order will be issued a check within 30 days.
NOTE: If your item was defective or damaged during shipping, please call us immediately at (239) 323-0872 & we will arrange for the item to be replaced or repaired.
Vive Mobility electric wheelchair includes a five-year guarantee on the wheelchair frame and a 6-month guarantee on electrical components including the batteries and controller. The charger and handles are covered by a 90-day guarantee, the battery case by a 60-day guarantee, and all other components not mentioned above by a 30-day guarantee.

Yes! The Vive Mobility electric wheelchair can be placed in freewheel mode by turning the levels located behind each rear wheel. Do not operate the wheelchair in manual mode alone.
