- Foldawheel Eco has a minimalist design, and we use oval shaped aluminum alloy to make the frame structure strong.
- We use brushless motors that are powerful yet energy-saving with electromagnetic brakes.
- The whole unit weighs only 21.5kg with one battery, and it is foldable to a very compact size.
- Standard delivery comes with ONE battery pack that allows you to operate for 18km (11 miles), and you may buy the optional 2nd battery, which enhances the travel distance to 36km (22 miles).
- Batteries are detachable without using tools, and each battery weighs only 1.8kg (4 lb)
- Raisable armrests for easier access or get nearer to tables.
- The rear tires are 12″ solid for easy maintenance, plus 7″ honeycomb front tires for better shock absorbance.

SHIPPING
Order Confirmation:
We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as soon as possible.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Shipping Times:
We provide ground shipping to the lower 48 states. Orders to AK & HI are shipped by AIR at additional cost. You may contact us at info@mobilityshoponline.com to obtain rates for those shipments.
Shipping to the lower 48 states usually takes 3-4 days to ship it out and 4-5 days to reach your doorstep by DHL express air freight.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@mobilityshoponline.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
RETURNS
Return Policy:
- Return decision must be addressed within 7-10 days upon receiving the product.
- 15% restocking fee from product price (retail price)
- The initial delivery cost is non-refundable since we paid DHL for delivery to the customer's doorstep
- The return shipping cost is covered by the customer. They can ship the product back to our return warehouse locally (Brea, CA) which can help them save cost compared to returning back to Malaysia. Either they can choose to send by themselves using local service or we can provide the return label using our courier service. Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund if the customer has us facilitate return shipping.
- If any damages, scratches, or parts missing, we will charge accordingly
- Upon receiving the shipment to our warehouse and being checked by a technician, we will arrange for the refund
- The item must be in new condition – no damage, no scratches, etc. - with original packaging and all parts and accessories.
- You can expect a refund within 5-7 days of our receiving and completing an inspection on your returned product.
- Please note that no return will be accepted if used, without the original packaging or past the 7-day window of return request.
WARRANTY
WARRANTY POLICY
We offer excellent after-sales services, and we are very proud that we have been a very responsible supplier to win the confidence of so many customers worldwide. This warranty policy covers our Power Wheelchairs, Standing Wheelchairs, Mobility Scooters, and Manual Mobility range.
Structure Frame (5years)
We don’t use low-quality material to make the frame, and the welding or joins are made of good workmanship. Many of our customers have been using our products for as long as 10 years.
Motors, Controller Module, Charger (2 years)
We don’t repair these old electronic parts but will only send you NEW replacement parts. We will even pay for the shipping cost to your doorsteps within the warranty period. (We will need to withdraw the defective parts for study and improvement purposes).
Battery (1year)
You may find that all other companies will only warranty their batteries for 6 months maximum, but we offer you 1 year. As we use only Li-ion battery packs, they are meant for long-lasting, just like an iPad battery. To be frank, 95% of our customers have been using the same original battery for more than 4 years. We also found some customers have been using the same battery packs for 8 years.
Wear & Tear Parts (None)
These wear & tear parts are subject to the care and maintenance of the user; therefore, we are not able to warranty these. However, we charge a very reasonable price for them, so don’t worry.
Storage or Travel Bag
Armrest Pad (Please do not peel or scratch the pads during usage)
Cables (Please do not clamp the cables during folding or transport)
Nuts & Bolts (Please tighten the screws regularly when necessary)
Tires & Bearings (Please do not put your mobility equipment under the Sun)
Backrest & Seat Cushion (Please clean it regularly for hygiene purposes)
Transfer of Ownership
Should the original buyer transfer the ownership of that chair to others within the warranty period, they need to update the details of the new user to us to continue the warranty.
WARRANTY Disclaimer
The warranty only covers NON-DELIBERATE OR NON-ACCIDENTAL Damage. Damage caused by user negligence, accidental damages, intentional or not, are not covered under warranty. Products that have been subjected to negligence, abuse, improper storage or handling, improper operation, any modifications, misuse are not covered by the warranty. Any damage caused by improper usage or normal wear and tear is not covered, and you should not use the Warranty Claim. If you’re sure you need to file a warranty claim, kindly provide as much information as you can about the issue.
Should your product have a problem, don’t worry. Kindly provide us photos and videos to indicate the problem, which will help us identify the situation faster. If photos or videos are not provided, warranty parts will not be provided for free. Mutual understanding is always needed to be fair to both parties.
PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within three months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within three months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within three months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
